Is there a secret message hidden in Governator's letter explaining his veto of a recent funding bill...I think there is.

On the topic of using
xtreme language
in official
documents.
i find it deplorable and of
zero taste that an
elected official would do
such a thing.
unless there are
circumstances where an aide did this without his
knowledge. Then a
suspension might be in order.
