I totally read that article when it was on the BBC website like 2 months ago. The British version of the article is vastly superior to the American one ErR posted.

Awesome. I'm working my way through the series and find that it's sadly accurate when compared to the various offices I've worked in. Obviously sensationalized, but the core of the episodes are always present. So to see a breakdown of organizational theory based on the show as well as an exaggerated employee heirarchy...is just too much for my brain to handle.
